Does anyone know how to convert GIF to SWF?!?

Yeah, I'm writing a book BEEOTCH!!!

For those of you who have not played S.T.A.L.K.E.R Shadow of Chernobyl you have to play it.

Thanks to all the people who helped me with my flash problem. Which would mean, NO ONE!!!
Anyway... I would like to know about any GIF to SWF converters. If you know of one please leave a link in the comments. And I would also like to know if anybody who can scout my brother Woolybear777. That would be nice seeing as he is an unrecognized artist. Also I would like to know if anyone knows how to change usernames on Newgrounds it would be nice if you could tell me how in the comments.

Does anyone know of a free animation program that can create flash? If so please provide links to a download.

Okay I got the program and it sucks! It won't let me animate swf.
